Money Heist, also known as La Casa de Papel, is not directly inspired by the hacker group Anonymous. The show's creator, Álex Pina, has stated that the inspiration for the series came from a combination of real-life events, such as heists and hostage situations, as well as classic heist films like Ocean's Eleven. While both Money Heist and Anonymous involve themes of resistance and rebellion against authority, the show's storyline and characters are not directly based on the actions or ideology of the hacker group. **
